We turn the power supply to your property off at the mains switch in the meter box and just measure the environmental Electro Magnetic Field radiation from the location and the we check if the power supply cable that feeds the house and goes to the meter box has any Electro Magnetic Fields radiation into any of the properties rooms.
If we can't find radiation levels of concerning strength, than the property should be able to be turned from the typical modern home to a much healthier home with (our) professional solutions. Our report, which your agent can use with prospective buyers, will eliminate any fears they will have about nearby powerlines. Given extra credibility by the fact we are not from the power company or the government. It does of course state that internal wiring etc was not included in the assessment and that buyers are advised to have this investigated in any home they consider purchasing.
Fears about powerlines are often unjustified, but off course, if we do find radiation of concerning strength, the report will state that and you probably do not want to use it as a sales tool.
